Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. To make sure participants get the most out of camp, and also because of facility limitations, we have to restrict the number of campers that can register. We do maintain a wait list if a camp is full.

Refunds & Cancelations


If a camper is withdrawn before June 12th a $25 charge will be deducted and the remainder refunded. Withdrawals after June 12 cannot be refunded unless medical verification is provided.

If camp has to be canceled for circumstances beyond our control the missed days will be refunded.

Before & After Care


For Camp Sessions held from June 25 - July 20 Before and After care services are provided by the Takoma Park Recreation Department's Extended Care at the Takoma Park Community Center, located at 7500 Maple Avenue, Takoma Park, MD 20901

Registration must be completed separately at Takoma Park Recreational Department: https://apm.activecommunities.com/takomaparkrecreation/Home or by calling 301-591-7290.

Our staff will pick campers up from the Community Center at 8:45 AM and will walk them back to the Community Center at 3:45 PM. For this service Takoma Sportscamps charges $25 per week in addition to the cost of the camp session.

After Care for Baseball Session 1, June 18 - 22 will be run by Takoma Sportscamps at Takoma Park Middle School from 3:30 - 4:30. There is a $25 fee for this service payable to Takoma Sportscamps in addition to the cost for the week. There is no before care for Baseball Session 1

Payment

Camp sessions cost $240 per week if paid before June 1 and $250 per week if paid after June 1, except for Basketball Session 1 which is $200 if paid before June 1 and $210 if paid after June 1. Before and after care is available for an additional $25 (both included)
